Terms and Conditions
- With the confirmation of your booking in writing, by phone, e-mail or personally, the below contract between you and Roatan Resorts begins.

On confirmation of you booking you will receive a confirmation invoice with payment structure and a booking voucher which must be presented to your service provider on arrival.
Note: Your booking is not confirmed until all payments for services are made. If payments are not made on time, your booking will not be guaranteed and we reserve the right to cancel services at any time due to late payments.
- All service cancellations by a passenger must be submitted in writing, Roatan Resorts does not guarantee cancellation refunds. Depending on the individual property or service provider and time of year, cancellation policies vary for each service provider. You will be notified of the cancellation policies connected to your booking in your booking confirmation invoice.
- All service rates are in US Dollars (USD), and are subject to change in the case of government action or local tax changes.
- Roatan Resorts works with only the best service providers. Roatan Resorts cannot be held liable for service issues with the independent service providers. Roatan Resorts is a booking agency and is not affiliated with any independent service providers.
- Roatan Resorts does not accept liability in the case of airline cancellations or delays, natural disasters or bad weather, personal problems, sickness, death, accidents or loss of property.
- Roatan Resorts is not liable for any damage caused by you or any people in your booking at any service providers lodging. Passengers will be held responsible and where required charged for any damage or use of services not stated in their confirmation invoice.
- Roatan Resorts highly recommends all travellers take out travel insurance. Â
- For any complaints related to your booking, please inform Roatan Resorts so we can assist in resolving this if possible.

All passengers must organise their vaccinations and travel visas where required.
BY CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING WITH ROATAN RESORTS, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE ABOVE TERMS AND ACCEPT THEM. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY LAWSUIT BROUGHT BY YOU OR ANY PASSENGERS TRAVELING WITH YOU, AGAINST ROATAN RESORTS OR ANY INDEPENDANT SERVICE PROVIDER WILL BE DISMISSED WITHOUT TRIAL.
